What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label perfume?

Test runs and capsule drops start from 1 unit, on our manual line. A standard first production run starts at 500 units, and at that volume the unit cost is usually most favourable. Runs from 100,000 units go on the automated lines.

How long does private label perfume production take?

From brief to a finished product on the shelf is typically around 90 days. Fragrance samples ship in 7 days, the packaging design phase takes 2-3 weeks, production 8-12 weeks and delivery another 1-2 weeks. CPNP registration runs in parallel with production.

How much does it cost to produce your own perfume?

The price depends on volume, bottle capacity, concentration of the composition and the components chosen - bottle, atomiser, carton and label. We prepare a baseline quote free of charge once we have your brief. Full CPNP documentation is included in the production price; a typical manufacturer charges €700-€1,800 extra for it.

Who handles CPNP registration and the safety documentation?

We do. CPNP portal registration, the product safety report, the allergen list and full compliance with EU regulation 1223/2009 are all on our side and included in the production price. You don't need to find an external safety assessor.

Do you manufacture in Poland, or subcontract to Asia?

Everything is made in our own facility near Kraków, certified to the GMP standard (ISO 22716). We do not subcontract production. We employ around 100 people and make over 5 million products per year.

Can I sell these perfumes across the whole European Union?

Yes. Once CPNP registration is done the product can legally be placed on the market in any EU country. Shipments within the EU are VAT-free, and we prepare export documentation for the UK, USA and the Middle and Far East markets.

I don't know what fragrance I want. Do I need a finished brief?

No. We start from a conversation about brand positioning, sales channel and competition. The brief is built together - that's our job.

Are your perfumes on par with French Grasse-tier brands?

We work with fragrance libraries from French Grasse and Geneva, with access to over 5,000 compositions and our own perfumers. We've built premium and mass-market lines - we'll match the level to your positioning.

What if I don't like the sample formula?

We iterate samples without a limit until you approve the formula. You only pay for production after sign-off.
