We are a Polish manufacturer of perfumes, cosmetics, candles and pheromones. Operating since 1997, with our own certified plant in Kraków, serving brands across Europe.

Our mission is to be the best contract manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe. No own brands. No hidden competition. No hidden costs.
For almost 30 years we have done exclusively contract manufacturing for private brands. Every project gets one project lead - from first brief to final pallet. Every client has full confidentiality and ownership of their products. A simple rule, but increasingly rare in our industry.

From 1997 to today
Three decades, one city, one company family.
1997
Founding
WPJ International starts in Kraków as a small private label perfume manufacturer for local brands. The first 5 SKUs.
2008
First automated line
Investment in a fully automated production line. Jump from hundreds to thousands of bottles per day.
2014
GMP / ISO certification
Full GMP certification per ISO 22716. We open up to the European market and premium clients.
2019
Cosmetics and candles line
Plant expansion to candle and fragranced cosmetics production. First major hotel contracts.
2023
5 million products per year
We cross the 5M products/year threshold. Team of ~100 people, 200+ fragrance compositions in the library.
Today
Your manufacturer
We're where this list started - in Kraków. With more capacity, fragrance libraries and an international portfolio. But with the same rule: no own brands.
03 / Team
One project lead. Full ownership.
Every project is led by a dedicated project manager - from brief through to delivery. A team of around 100 specialists oversees execution: production, lab, graphic design, documentation and logistics.

Laboratory
Experienced perfumers, cosmetics technologists, stability and microbiology specialists. Cooperation with French Grasse.

Design department
Bottle, label, packaging, marketing materials. All in-house, print-ready.

Production and QC
Three production lines (auto, semi, manual). Full quality control, regular audits. Kraków team core.

Compliance and logistics
Full CPNP documentation, safety assessments, export, transport. Legal support for the client.
