WPJ International is a certified perfume and cosmetics manufacturer based in Kraków. We do exclusively contract manufacturing - no own brands, which guarantees full safety of cooperation.
Our Kraków plant is 8 000+ m² of production, warehousing and laboratory space. We operate three production lines - automated, semi-automated and manual - which lets us serve both serial 100k+ contracts and short premium runs with full craft control.

Standard B2B cooperation. From first brief to pallets at your warehouse - five stages, one schedule, zero surprises.
The kick-off meeting is the first stage of cooperation, where we jointly define the project scope, schedule and key technical assumptions. We discuss functional and documentation requirements, identify potential risks and propose solutions to optimise execution costs. Thanks to this we build a transparent action plan from day one and minimise the risk of delays and unforeseen expenses.
We prepare a comprehensive offer broken down across all key project components - from product formulation, through packaging and label design, to documentation and logistics. Every stage is clearly defined in terms of scope and cost, ensuring full process transparency. We also draft a detailed delivery schedule with control points and a concrete finished-pallet date, so the client can monitor progress and stay in full control of delivery deadlines.
The first trial batch is produced on the target production line and goes through the full quality control process. We run stability, compatibility, microbiological and organoleptic tests to confirm product compliance before serial production begins.
We carry out production in automated, semi-automated or manual mode - depending on project needs - in our certified plant. We provide ongoing progress reports and on-demand production viewing access.
We package products to specification - in master cartons, on pallets, with the appropriate EAN markings. We provide full CPNP documentation along with the required certificates and arrange door-to-door transport or own pickup.
