WPJ International is a certified private label perfume manufacturer based in Kraków. End-to-end production of your own perfumes - from first idea to finished product on the shelf.

Perfume production, step by step
Seven stages, one project lead, full transparency. This is how we work with every new client.

Briefing and concept analysis
We listen. We ask about the brand, target audience, inspirations, budget and timeline. We point out real opportunities and pitfalls, drawing on experience from hundreds of past projects.

Fragrance composition
We create a custom scent or pick from our library of 200+ compositions. We work with perfumers from French Grasse - the world capital of fragrance.
- 03
Bottle, cap and packaging design
Choosing form, material, finish. 3D prototypes, embossing samples, cap and pump selection. We tune every detail to your budget and aesthetic.

Visual identity and labels
Our graphic department designs the logo, label, outer packaging, marketing materials. All cohesive, print-ready, shelf-ready.

Samples and approval
A production sample lands with you. Smell it, touch it, show it to clients. Approve or iterate - no limit on rounds.

CPNP registration and documentation
Full legal documentation, safety assessments, CPNP registration. Your product is ready for legal sale across the entire European Union.

Production, packaging, shipping
Manufacturing in our Kraków plant. Packaging to your spec. Logistics - pallet to warehouse or direct-to-consumer.
