- 05Perfume is dangerous goods - how does that affect shipping?Perfumes contain alcohol, so we do not send them by air. For road transport we mark them under the limited quantities (LQ) rules. Larger containers …
- 06Do you help with exports outside the EU?Yes. We work with dedicated customs agents - you can contact them directly or through us. We also help with documentation for non-EU markets.
- 07How do you pack goods, and what is the shipping unit?Usually pallets - properly secured and labelled. Smaller shipments go as parcels, protected with bubble wrap.
