Which bottle sizes are available?

As standard 10, 30, 50 and 100 ml, plus 10 and 33 ml pocket perfumes. For larger orders also 200 ml and custom sizes, with four weeks' lead time for the bottle. Bottle and cap catalogue.

Which candle sizes do you make?

Accepted Answer

As standard 100, 150, 200, 300 and 500 g, plus votive and tea-light formats. Custom formats are made to order with a longer lead time. You can also supply your own glass.

Which decoration makes sense at which volume?

Accepted Answer

Technically everything is available at any volume. Some decoration, however, has fixed costs that a small run spreads over very few units. Example: a hot-stamping die costs about PLN 750, so on 100 units the die alone adds PLN 7.50 to each one.
As a rule of thumb, it pays off like this:
below 500 units - a label, a carton with one-colour print, from 500 units - more options on standard components, from 2,000 units - multi-colour printing, hot-stamping, dedicated boxes, from 10,000 units - your own glass mould.

Can I supply my own packaging?

Yes. For perfumes we fill and assemble using components you supply (toll manufacturing); for candles you can supply your own glass. Who is responsible for quality then.

Question 5

Can I see a catalogue of bottles and caps?

Accepted Answer

Yes - we send it on request, and which one you get depends on your volume:
small runs - a catalogue of components from our warehouse, 500-2,000 units - the catalogue of a trusted component supplier, larger runs - virtually no limit on designs; we can send options from most manufacturers.
If a shape catches your eye, we will send more options in a similar style.

Question 6

Who is responsible for the quality of components I supply?

Components you supply are your responsibility. If we buy the components, their quality is ours to look after.
Complaints about supplied materials are handled by you directly with their supplier. We can provide evidence and reports from our quality control, but we do not pursue the dispute on your behalf - what to do if a batch is defective.

Do you design labels and packaging?

Yes, we have an in-house design team. Design work is quoted individually once we understand your needs. How many revision rounds are included - and the designs belong to you.

How many design revision rounds are included?

Accepted Answer

As standard, two revision rounds within the agreed design price.

Question 9

Who prepares dielines and print-ready files?

Accepted Answer

We supply the label and carton dielines for the components we source. Print-ready files are prepared by our design team - as part of the design work, or by preparing your own files for print. If you work with your own designer, we will send them the dielines and technical requirements.

Question 10

Do you make product visualisations and renders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the size of the project they are either charged separately or included in the project.

Question 11

How long does a custom glass mould take?

Accepted Answer

Making the mould takes 4-8 weeks. Shipping the glass from China to our plant adds another 3-4 months - worth building into your launch schedule. A custom mould makes sense from 10,000 units.

Do you make gift sets and displays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Besides single products we also make gift boxes, gift sets and displays - including for e-commerce.
