Which decoration makes sense at which volume?

Technically everything is available at any volume. Some decoration, however, has fixed costs that a small run spreads over very few units. Example: a hot-stamping die costs about PLN 750, so on 100 units the die alone adds PLN 7.50 to each one.

As a rule of thumb, it pays off like this:

• below 500 units - a label, a carton with one-colour print,
• from 500 units - more options on standard components,
• from 2,000 units - multi-colour printing, hot-stamping, dedicated boxes,
• from 10,000 units - your own glass mould.
