Is documentation included in the price?
Documentation is quoted individually. On sufficiently large orders, registration and documentation can be free of charge - what else costs extra.
In this section
- Which documentation do you provide?
- Who is the “responsible person” under Regulation 1223/2009 - you or me?
- Which documents come with each batch?
- Candles aren't cosmetics - which documentation applies?
- Do you help with entering non-EU markets - the UK, US, Switzerland, Arab countries?
- Do you run stability and packaging compatibility tests?
- What is the shelf life and PAO of the product?
- Are products tested on animals? Are they vegan?
- Can you obtain natural certifications - ECOCERT, COSMOS?

A brief instead of a form. Your answers build the job card our quoting team works from, and your account manager replies with a range or straight away with a quote. You don't need every answer.
