Who is the “responsible person” under Regulation 1223/2009 - you or me?

You, as the brand owner. The responsible person is the entity placing the product on the market under its own name or brand - the fact that we register the product in CPNP does not change that. We help prepare all the documentation, but responsibility for the product on the EU market rests with the brand.
